If possible please include:
- photographs of induction activities, mentor, principal, NQT(s)
- photographs of displays in the school
- website address

- Length of time the school has participated in the project
- Setting up of the process in the school
- Induction activities
Mentor Perspective
Reflect on:
- your decision to train as a mentor
- your experience as a mentor
- professional development
- benefits and challenges of being a mentor
NQT Perspective
Reflect on:
- your first experiences in the school, classroom
- your participation in the induction project
- the induction activities that proved most beneficial to you
- your professional development as a NQT
Principal Perspective

Technical Issues
- When submitting photos, please submit as jpeg files, on disk or by email. Photos added to a word document are sometimes problematic and it may not be possible to add them to the website.
- Any photographs which include children must be accompanied by written permission from the parents to use the photograph on the website. The NPPTI office can provide you with a permission form, contact the office on tel: 01 884 2257 or email suzanne.stone@spd.dcu.ie
